We're encouraging and contributing to the enterprising spirit and economic development of the County of Renfrew by assisting entrepreneurs with the development of new or existing small businesses.Â
Operating in Renfrew since 1988 and in Pembroke since 2002, Enterprise Renfrew County (ERC) is celebrating 35+ dynamic years serving entrepreneurs in the Ottawa Valley.

Funded by the Province of Ontario, County of Renfrew, City of Pembroke, and Town of Renfrew, the small business enterprise centre is a Canada Business Ontario (CBO) regional access site. This joint federal-provincial-municipal initiative provides useful information to new and established entrepreneurs about government programs, services and regulations on starting and sustaining an enterprise in Ontario. ERC is also a small business enterprise centre and member of the SBC Ontario network.
Enterprise Renfrew County (ERC) provides entrepreneurs with the tools and resources they need to start and grow their businesses. Our dedicated Small Business Advisor and Program Officer will guide small business owners through the full life cycle of their business from exploring business ideas and conducting market research, to registration, opening, operating, growth, and succession planning.
